Journey to Vietnam

We went to Da Lat and Buon Ma Thuot to find the best Vietnamese coffee we could get and learn how authentic Vietnamese coffee is made. We've drank so much coffee we couldn't sleep at night. 

Our goal is to bring the bold flavours of Vietnamese coffee to Switzerland.

In this journey we found salted coffee and egg coffee.

Vietnamese egg coffee and salt coffee are two unique and delicious coffee beverages. Egg coffee is a sweet and creamy drink made by whipping egg yolks with sugar and mixing them with strong Vietnamese coffee. It's a rich and indulgent treat that has gained popularity in Vietnam and beyond.

Vietnamese salt coffee features a whipped salt cream topping added to strong Vietnamese coffee. The creamy and slightly salty topping contrasts with the rich bitterness of the coffee, creating a unique flavor experience.
